Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. is a licensed home care service agency (LHCSA), which provides all levels of nursing services.  Services provided range from RN and LPN, to Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides, and Housekeepers to Respite and Supportive Services.

Chautauqua Opportunities Inc. (COI) is a licensed, locally owned & operated Home Care Agency in Chautauqua County.  COI’s home care services have been providing a helping hand for over 30 years.

Services are designed to empower individuals to stay in their own homes rather than seek placement in a long term care facility.  Services are provided for people of all ages, from infancy to elderly, regardless of race, color, creed, illness or handicap.

Chautauqua Opportunities Health Services Division is dedicated to providing quality services to meet the needs of our clients, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, each and every day, no matter how complex the need may be. 

COI provides an assessment by a registered nurse in your home, hospital room or wherever you need us.  COI’s nursing staff works with physicians and / or case managers to assess the client’s needs and customize a plan of care.

Home Care is dedicated to providing quality services to meet every need of our clients from simple to complex.  Services include: housekeeping, meal preparation, skilled nursing, Home Health Aides, personal care, shopping & errands.
