Promoting proactive health practices by providing access to health care and health education.  Health education on various health topics allows individuals to learn about various health topics and make informed decisions about their health. 

Intensive Services

Intensive Services focuses on reducing and alleviating crisis situations, connecting individuals to mental health providers and following up to promote improved mental health.
