Services Provided:
- Crisis Intervention– telephone or face-to-face response to mental health crisis situations by a team of Mental Health Professional, Support Staff and Peer Advocates.
- Assessment– Licensed Mental Health Professionals will conduct assessments to determine if an individual is at risk of harming themselves or someone else and to assess if the person has other unmet needs.
- Safety Planning– engagement of individual in identifying coping mechanisms and support system in an effort to avoid unnecessary Emergency Department visits or inpatient hospitalization.
- Peer Support– access to Peer Advocates who can assist with linkage to ongoing, supportive Mental Health Services
- Mental Health Monitoring– telephone or in-person check-in with individuals who have been assessed as being in need of additional supports for a 24-72 hour period.

Q. What is the cost of Mobile Crisis Services?
A. There is no fees for Mobile Crisis Services.
Q. What is the Mobile Crisis Team?
A. The Mobile Crisis is made up of Licensed Mental Health Professionals, Support Staff, and Peer/Family Advocates. The team responds to individuals in the community, typically visiting the home during the hours of 5:00 pm-9:00 am on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and Holidays.
Q. Who can use Mobile Crisis Services?
A. Mobile Crisis services any individual in Chautauqua County who is experiencing or at risk of experiencing a mental health crisis.
Q. What services does Mobile Crisis provide?
A. Mobile Crisis team members provide assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, information & referrals and linkage with appropriate mental health services in the community.
